Name the repeating trip, not “daily” as a mood
A useful daily request names the days, the pickup window and both ends of the ride. Monday through Thursday, 7:15 a.m., from a named building entrance to a named office entrance, is a schedule. “Daily car in Manhattan” is not.
Say what happens on a holiday, a remote-work day or a week the traveler is away. The person who can cancel a single morning should be on the request, because the traveler may already be downstairs when the change is made.
A commute is usually not an eight-hour booking
If the driver drops the passenger and leaves, price that occurrence as a transfer. Published point-to-point starting rates are $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV. They are not a flat fare for every residential address, and they are not published for the S-Class or Sprinter.
Hourly rates enter when the car waits: school pickup, a second stop, or a return held on standby. The hourly minimum is three hours, so a sedan hold starts at $360 even when the drive itself is short. That is why a quick commute should not be forced into an hourly booking unless waiting is real.
Airport runs that happen every week
A standing Thursday departure is still an airport reservation. The airline, terminal and required check-in time can change by week. Keep the repeating addresses, and send the flight for that occurrence before the car is dispatched.
Do not copy a JFK meeting point onto a Newark departure. Check the airport instructions for that field, and follow the written pickup for the date.
From a weekly pattern to a monthly request
When the same schedule should be discussed across a month, move to the monthly page with the actual calendar: which weeks, which traveler, and whether more than one passenger uses the arrangement. There is no published monthly subscription and no promise of the same driver.
If one of those days becomes a meeting marathon with the car kept, book that date as hourly or full-day service. Leave the other mornings as the short recurring trip.
