Name the entrance, not only the neighborhood
Midtown towers, Village side streets and Brooklyn venues each present different pickup conditions. Include the address, entrance and cross street, plus any loading instructions supplied by the building or host.
Explore city and regional routesPlan travel beyond the neighborhood
For an airport trip, add the flight and terminal. For meetings in several areas, list the stops in order and identify where the vehicle needs to wait. Share the full passenger and luggage count before choosing a class.

Use the entrance the passenger will actually reach
A Manhattan neighborhood name helps orient a trip, but it does not identify the curb or entrance. Send the street address, building name and passenger entrance. If the booking uses a hotel and the traveler is leaving from a restaurant or meeting room elsewhere, update the pickup address explicitly. For a Brooklyn trip, use the same level of detail rather than assuming a neighborhood label is enough. Include a passenger contact who can receive meeting instructions. Ask the host or property for access information when the building has more than one entrance.
Keep several neighborhood stops in order
For appointments across Midtown, Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn, list each address in the order the passenger needs to visit it. Mark any fixed meeting time and describe the expected length of each stop. Identify where luggage will be collected or left during the day. If the final destination is an airport, add the flight details and required terminal arrival time. Compare an hourly service window with separate point-to-point journeys when the passenger needs the car between meetings. The area directory is a starting point for planning; the reservation confirmation should show the precise itinerary, vehicle and terms for your trip.
