01

Different Manhattan stops need different details

A Midtown hotel pickup, Financial District meeting and Upper East Side appointment should each have a separate address and entrance in the itinerary. For a Javits Center event, use the entrance instructions supplied by the organizer. For Lincoln Center or a theater, agree on the return meeting point as well as the arrival. Include check-in, coat collection and the walk to the vehicle in the passenger-ready time.

02

Airport transfers from Manhattan

LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy International, and Newark Liberty International each have different ground transportation rules. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, arriving for-hire and car-service passengers currently use AirTrain to the Howard Beach pickup lot. Check the current airport advisory and the meeting instructions for your reservation. Do not assume terminal-curb pickup at JFK. For LaGuardia, current airport guidance lists Terminal A across the street, Terminal B parking garage level 2, and Terminal C arrivals inner lane, with Car Services signs directing passengers. For Newark, follow the ground transportation pickup signs in the applicable terminal. Construction at JFK can delay car and van pickup and drop-off, so follow current airport advisories and the meeting instructions confirmed for your trip. Confirm the terminal and meeting point for every airport trip before departure.

03

Vehicles and rate structure

Vehicle options include Executive Sedan, Luxury SUV, S-Class, and Mercedes Sprinter. Tolls, taxes, airport fees, waiting time, and other charges may apply and should be confirmed in writing before the trip. Vehicle configuration, luggage space, and passenger capacity should be confirmed for your specific booking. Model names are options whose availability and configuration require confirmation.

04

Corporate and assistant booking considerations

Assistants and travel managers should confirm the following before booking: exact pickup address and entrance, passenger name and mobile number, flight number and terminal for airport trips, preferred meeting point, luggage count, and any child seat or accessibility requirement. For multi-stop itineraries, provide the stop order and planned times. For airport pickups, confirm how the driver will coordinate with the passenger after landing and what the waiting arrangement is. Ask whether the rate is fixed or hourly, what is included, and what may be added. For recurring travel, ask how changes and cancellations are handled and how confirmations are delivered. Do not assume consolidated billing, dedicated drivers, or account terms unless confirmed in writing.
