Event transportationIf the car should wait outside a theater or restaurant, hourly service matches that wait better than a one-way drop.
Hourly for the evening| Vehicle | What to confirm | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | Individual travel or a smaller party with lighter luggage | From $120/hour; three-hour minimum $360 |
| SUV | More room for passengers, suitcases or equipment | From $150/hour; three-hour minimum $450 |
| Mercedes S-Class | A sedan option when the requested class matters | From $175/hour; three-hour minimum $525 |
| Sprinter | Group travel; seating and bag space depend on configuration | From $200/hour; three-hour minimum $600 |

Hourly service suits itineraries with multiple stops, meetings that may run long, or a vehicle that stays with you through an afternoon. Point-to-point transfers suit a single pickup and drop-off, such as a hotel to an office or a residence to the airport. Review the full trip quote before confirming. Your quote depends on the route, date, time and vehicle. The quote confirms tolls, taxes, gratuity, and whether waiting time or extra stops change the total.
The Executive Sedan is the usual choice for one or two travelers with standard luggage and a straightforward itinerary. The Luxury SUV gives more room and a higher seating position, which some passengers prefer for longer drives or outer-borough addresses. The Mercedes Sprinter is the option for larger parties, such as a team moving between a hotel and a meeting venue or a group airport transfer. Model names describe vehicle classes, not a confirmed configuration. If a specific model, interior layout or amenity matters to you, confirm it at booking rather than assuming it. Ask what luggage the vehicle can hold for your party size, and whether the quoted vehicle is the one that will arrive. A stretch limousine is not a published fleet class. If you want one, ask for that specific vehicle and wait for a yes or no before you put it on an invitation.
Airport pickup rules change, and the meeting point depends on the terminal and the current advisory. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, arriving for-hire and car-service passengers currently use AirTrain to the Howard Beach pickup lot. Check the current airport advisory and the meeting instructions for your reservation. Do not assume a terminal-curb pickup. JFK construction can delay car and van pickup and drop-off, so follow current airport advisories and the meeting instructions confirmed with your booking. At LGA, car-service locations are Terminal A across the street, Terminal B parking garage level 2, and Terminal C arrivals inner lane, following the Car Services signs. At EWR, follow the ground-transportation pickup signs in the applicable terminal. For any airport trip, confirm the terminal, the meeting point and the pickup time when you book, and check the airport's current advisory before you travel.
For departures, work backward from the airline's check-in and security cutoff rather than from the flight time alone. For arrivals, give the booking the flight number and decide in advance what happens if the flight lands early or late. For meetings, tell the booking the appointment time and whether the vehicle should wait. If your day includes several stops, hourly service is usually easier to manage than a series of separate transfers. Build in buffer for construction, weather and event traffic, especially around Midtown, the airports and the major crossings. Ask what the waiting policy is for arrivals and for meetings that run long, and whether the meter continues during waiting time.
The word limousine can mean different vehicle styles to different travelers. If a stretch limousine or a particular model is required, name it in the request and confirm availability; the published classes here are sedan, SUV, S-Class and Sprinter. For a celebration, provide the venue entrance, group count, photo stops and return plan. A vehicle photograph does not confirm the configuration for the date.
For recurring business travel, the useful questions are operational rather than promotional. Ask how a corporate booking is placed, who receives the confirmation, how changes and cancellations are handled, and how the trip is documented for expense reporting. If several travelers are moving on the same day, ask how the bookings are coordinated and whether one contact can manage them. If your company has preferred vehicle classes or a travel policy, state it at booking so the right vehicle is assigned.
