How do I book a ride?
You can book online through our website for instant confirmation, or contact us for complex itineraries and special requests. Online booking provides immediate quotes based on your pickup location, destination, vehicle type, and timing.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard trips, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. During peak travel seasons, holidays, and major New York events, book 48-72 hours or more ahead. For special occasions like weddings, book 1-2 weeks or more in advance. Same-day service is often available—check online or contact us.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Many clients book for colleagues, clients, family members, and guests. Simply provide the passenger's name, contact information, and any special requirements. The passenger will receive trip details directly.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to fees. Modifications are accommodated based on availability.
Pricing & Payment
What's included in the quoted price?
Our pricing is all-inclusive. The quoted price covers your vehicle, professional chauffeur, all tolls (bridges, tunnels, highways), parking fees, standard 20% gratuity, flight tracking for airport pickups, meet-and-greet service, reasonable wait time, and in-vehicle amenities like WiFi, charging, and bottled water.
Do you have surge pricing?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay, regardless of weather, events, or demand. We don't multiply rates like rideshare apps.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Corporate accounts can arrange invoicing. Payment is processed at booking unless you have an approved corporate account.
Is gratuity included?
Yes, 20% gratuity is included in our quoted prices. Additional gratuity for exceptional service is always appreciated but never expected.
Airport Service
How do you handle flight delays?
We track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time. Your chauffeur will be there when you actually land, not when you were originally scheduled to arrive. There's no need to call us.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name. Before landing, you'll receive a text with your chauffeur's photo, name, and direct phone number. If you can't locate them, call or text that number.
How much wait time is included for airport pickups?
We include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic. This starts when your plane lands, giving you time for customs, baggage claim, and restroom stops.
What if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us as soon as you know your flight is cancelled. We'll work with you to reschedule or cancel your pickup without penalty.
Vehicles & Service
What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes executive sedans (Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series), luxury sedans (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series), SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator), and Mercedes Sprinter vans for groups. All vehicles are late-model, professionally maintained, and equipped with WiFi, charging, and bottled water.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. When booking, you can select from our vehicle categories. If you have a preference for a specific make/model, note it in your reservation and we'll accommodate when available.
Do you provide car seats for children?
Yes. We offer car seats and boosters at no additional charge. Please specify the number and ages of children when booking so we can install appropriate safety seats before pickup.
Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
Yes. Please request an accessible vehicle when booking and provide details about mobility equipment so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.
How much luggage can I bring?
Sedans accommodate 3 standard suitcases, SUVs handle 6 suitcases, and Sprinter vans fit 14+ bags. For excessive luggage, golf clubs, or oversized items, mention this when booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.
During Your Ride
Can I make phone calls during the ride?
Absolutely. Our vehicles are quiet and our chauffeurs are discreet. Many clients use travel time for calls. If you need complete privacy, let your chauffeur know and they can adjust the partition if available.
Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?
Light snacks and beverages are generally fine. Avoid messy foods. Bottled water is provided complimentary in all vehicles.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All vehicles are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Cleaning fees apply if this policy is violated.
Can I add stops during my trip?
For point-to-point transfers, additional stops can be added for an extra fee. For hourly bookings, you can make unlimited stops within the service area during your booked time.
Corporate Accounts
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts provide priority booking, consolidated monthly billing, dedicated account management, traveler profiles, customized reporting, and often preferential rates. Contact us to set up an account.
How do I set up a corporate account?
Contact us to discuss your company's transportation needs. We'll review our capabilities, discuss terms, and handle the setup process. Most accounts are active within a few business days.
Special Occasions
Do you provide wedding transportation?
Yes. We offer comprehensive wedding transportation including bridal party vehicles, family transportation, guest shuttles, and couple getaway cars. Contact us early—popular dates book quickly.
Can you accommodate prom groups?
Yes. We provide prom transportation with additional safety protocols. All prom chauffeurs undergo extra screening, and we coordinate pickup/drop-off details directly with parents.
Do you offer wine tour or sightseeing packages?
Hourly charter service is perfect for wine tours, city sightseeing, and similar activities. Book a vehicle and chauffeur for the hours you need, then direct your itinerary as you go.
