2. Service Description

BlackCarServiceNewYork.com provides luxury ground transportation services in New York City and the surrounding tri-state area. Our services include airport transfers, corporate transportation, hourly charter, and point-to-point service.

3. Reservations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for airport transfers and 48 hours for special events.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars
Airport transfer rates include tolls, parking, and standard gratuity
Hourly charter rates are subject to a minimum hour requirement
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service
We accept major credit cards and corporate accounts

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
No-shows: Full charge applies
Special events and peak periods: 48-hour cancellation notice required

6. Wait Time

For airport pickups, we provide complimentary wait time of 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights from the actual landing time. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of wait time is included. Additional wait time may be charged at $1 per minute.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and subject to local laws.

8. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, BlackCarServiceNewYork.com shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Lost Items

BlackCarServiceNewYork.com is not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items.
