Choose the service before comparing prices

For a hotel-to-office ride, provide both addresses, the date and pickup time. For a meeting day, list every address, the planned time at each stop and the expected finish. A low starting transfer price is not a substitute for an hourly quote when the car is needed between appointments. Conversely, a single direct journey may not need a three-hour reservation.

If an airport arrival is followed by meetings before the hotel, describe that complete sequence. Ask for both options if you might release the vehicle at the first destination.

Read the minimum as part of the hourly price

Published hourly starting rates are $120 for a sedan, $150 for an SUV, $175 for a Mercedes S-Class and $200 for a Sprinter. Each has a three-hour minimum, so the corresponding starting amounts are $360, $450, $525 and $600. Four hours in a sedan starts at $480; four hours in an SUV starts at $600. These examples show the time calculation, not every charge that may apply to a journey.

Ask when billable time starts and ends, how extra time is calculated and whether the requested extension is available. A change in the itinerary needs a revised confirmation.

Check what the total includes

General point-to-point starting rates are $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV. They do not establish an airport or regional fare. For your quote, check tolls, parking, taxes, gratuity or service charges, waiting, extra stops and any requested meet-and-greet. Compare cancellation and change terms alongside the amount.

For an airport pickup, state the flight number, terminal, domestic or international arrival, checked luggage and destination. For a regional trip, add the return plan and any waiting at the destination.

Match the vehicle to people and luggage

Give the number of travelers and the number and size of bags. Oversized cases, mobility equipment, presentation materials and several passengers can change the suitable vehicle. Confirm the assigned configuration rather than relying on a model name alone.

An assistant should also provide the passenger contact, exact building entrance and receipt requirements. Keeping those details in the same request makes two quotes easier to compare.
