Car Service Queens

Long Island City, Astoria, Jackson Heights, Flushing, Forest Hills, Jamaica and the Rockaways do not share a curb. An assistant who writes only "Queens" has not booked a car. Put the building entrance, the cross street and any loading note the host already gave you.

A Long Island City hotel and a Flushing office can both be on a roadshow. List them in the order the traveler will use them. If the car is released after the first stop, that leg can be a point-to-point quote from $130 sedan or $160 SUV. The moment the car is expected to wait, compare hourly service.

John F. Kennedy International Airport is in southern Queens. LaGuardia Airport is in northern Queens. Proximity does not turn either field into a neighborhood pickup. The meeting point follows that airport's current instructions, including terminal, airline and whether the traveler is arriving or departing.

A Jamaica hotel near JFK is not the same reservation as a Midtown hotel. An Astoria apartment and a LaGuardia departure still need the terminal and the airline's cutoff, worked backward. Send the flight number, the passenger mobile and the bag count. If meetings sit between the landing and the last drop, book the wait as hourly service instead of stacking guessed one-way minutes.

Business travel out of Queens usually has two contacts. The traveler needs a working mobile number. The person booking needs a separate number if they will not be in the car. Say which of them can add a stop.

Write the immovable time first. That is often a Manhattan meeting or an outbound flight. Then list the Queens door, any bag stop and the airport in the order they happen. A Queens morning that ends at Newark Liberty is a different tunnel and a different terminal from a LaGuardia hop. Name Newark on its own line. Do not describe it as "the airport." A return to Queens after a Midtown dinner is another line, with the time the traveler can actually leave.
