Use this guide to decide when a NYC roadshow should be run as hourly chauffeur service, when separate point-to-point rides are enough, and what an assistant should send before an executive moves between airports, hotels, offices, private clubs, and dinner holds.
A same-day schedule that jumps from Fifth Avenue to Hudson Yards, Park Avenue, Tribeca, and the Financial District usually works best with one chauffeur holding nearby rather than a new car for every stop. The value is continuity, predictable timing, and fewer passenger handoffs.

Hudson Yards, Midtown during office peaks, Times Square, FiDi tunnel approaches, Brooklyn bridge crossings, airport returns, and any route touching the UN, major events, weather, or street closures deserve extra buffer and live dispatch attention.
