Executive roadshows often fail in the small handoffs: board decks left at reception, luggage stuck at a hotel, samples packed into the wrong vehicle, or a late airport departure that no one prepared for. This guide helps assistants brief a black car provider before documents, bags, and timing become the passenger's problem.

Board books, signed packets, pitch decks, garment bags, overnight luggage, product samples, and laptop cases should not all be treated the same. Mark which items stay with the principal, which can remain in the vehicle, and which require an assistant or host handoff at each stop.
