The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center sits on 11th Avenue between West 34th Street and West 40th Street, beside Hudson Yards. Getting an executive there is a door-and-sequence problem: which entrance the credential allows, whether the first stop is a hotel, and which airport the flight uses. Do not plan from a show name. This note does not list 2026 or 2027 exhibitions. Confirm the event's own entrance instructions, then book the car to that door.
A Javits day usually has three addresses and two clocks. The addresses are the airport or the hotel, the center door the party is allowed to use, and the place they go when the meeting ends. The clocks are the flight and the session that cannot slip. Write them in order. "Javits at 9" is not a dispatch plan if the traveler is still on a runway at 8:40.
Separate the guest door from a load-in or staff door. Exhibit materials, a speaker and a client may not be allowed at the same curb. If your office has an entrance instruction from the event, paste that instruction into the reservation. If you do not have one, say so, and do not guess a hall number. The center is large. The wrong 11th Avenue pin wastes the buffer you thought you had.
Name the person who may change a stop. The traveler needs a working mobile. The assistant needs a second number if they are not in the car. Put a cost center or a matter name on the request only when the receipt must show it. Agree that before the day, not in a thread after the car has already left the hotel.
Hudson Yards, the blocks west of Penn Station, and Midtown hotels are common first stops because they are close to 11th Avenue. Close on a map is not the same door. A motor court on a side street is a different pickup from the lobby address in the brochure. Midtown car service notes still apply: send the entrance the desk will actually release the guest from.
If the room is not ready when the flight lands, decide where the bags go and where the person goes. A car that drops bags at the hotel and takes the traveler to Javits is two stops. A car that waits while the traveler checks in and then continues is a hold. Those are different quotes. A single hotel-to-center ride with no wait can start as point-to-point service from $130 sedan or $160 SUV. Those figures are starting prices, not a Javits fare, and they are not published for an S-Class or a Sprinter.
LaGuardia is often the short domestic arrival. JFK is the usual international field. Newark serves some west-side hotels without a Manhattan airport in the middle. Teterboro is a private-aviation field and needs the FBO, not a terminal letter. Westchester is a different airport again. Each flight is its own reservation. Do not write "arrive and go to Javits" for colleagues on different airplanes.
Read the matching airport page before you copy a pickup sentence into the Javits note. LGA car service, JFK car service and car service to Newark Airport do not share a curb. An international arrival is not ready for a keynote countdown when the aircraft parks. Build the meeting from the time the traveler can realistically reach the car, then add the drive to 11th Avenue. Airport transfers need the flight number, the terminal or FBO, the bag count and the passenger mobile.
If the same car stays from the airport through the hotel, the center, a dinner and the departure, stop pricing it as a stack of one-way guesses. Hourly chauffeur service starts at $120 for a sedan, $360 for three hours. An SUV starts at $150, $450 for three hours. An S-Class starts at $230, $690 for three hours. Ask when the clock starts, and extend the hours before the last session ends if the departure flight is still on the same car.
A team that must ride together, with samples or garment bags, is a Sprinter van rental. The published start is $240 an hour, $720 for three hours, after the layout is confirmed against the headcount and the bags. A principal who needs a quiet sedan should not be folded into that van to save a line on the run sheet. Book the sedan or the S-Class beside the Sprinter.
The exit is where Javits days break. A closing session, a dinner and an outbound flight do not share one curb time. Stage each car on a named street, with a person who can release it. "Outside Javits" at the end of a busy day is not a meeting point. If two executives leave an hour apart, they need two departures. The car that stays is hourly. The car that drops a guest at a Hudson Yards hotel and is finished can be a one-way, if you truly release it.
No show list belongs on this reservation, and no flat event rate is published for the center. The quote is the ordinary hourly start or the ordinary point-to-point start, plus tolls, parking, gratuity and extra waiting as the confirmation states them.
