Departure controls
List the principal, board chair, investors, spouse or family members, client guests, security lead, and assistant approver separately. The chauffeur plan should know who leaves together, who needs a quiet car, and who should not be announced in front of the room.
Dinner departures rarely follow the original pickup sequence. Put the first likely exit closest to the door, keep backup vehicles nearby, and give dispatch the threshold for when a waiting point-to-point ride should convert to hourly coverage.
Private clubs, hotel restaurants, law-firm dining rooms, and townhouse events can require low-key language. Use initials, exact door notes, and assistant or host contacts instead of sensitive deal names, board topics, or investor labels.

Use role-neutral labels, initials when appropriate, exact door instructions, assistant contacts, and destination confirmation. Avoid deal names, board topics, investor firm names, room numbers, or sensitive internal titles unless they are truly needed for identification.
Hourly coverage is usually better when the end time is uncertain, passengers may split, weather could change the door plan, or a principal may add a private-club, hotel, or residence stop after dinner. A point-to-point booking fits a single confirmed departure and destination.
